Despite all its flaws, the job interview is still used by most organisations as a key part of their recruitment methods, so you need to be ready. It doesn’t matter how good an accountant/ veterinarian/ nurse/ teacher etc. you are, if you’re not skilled at interviews you’re hugely disadvantaged.

We’ll explore:

Researching the organisation and aligning your application to it
Developing your “60 second impression” - your elevator or sales pitch
Preparing for the most likely questions employers will ask during interviews, events and networking
Understanding critical elements and challenges of online interviewing
