In just 5 months, our Certificate III in Hospitality can provide you with the skills and knowledge to work in front of house positions in organisations such as cafés, restaurants, hotels, pubs, and more. You will complete your study with experience in our Training Restaurant, leaving you job-ready.

Our Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is an 18 month program, which provides you with the skills and knowledge to work in back-of-house positions as a cook. You will have the opportunity to put your skills to the test in our Training Restaurant and work alongside top local chefs through placement.
