International Student Driving Experience Program: Session 2 - Mt Helen

The program consists of four sessions designed to help international students convert their overseas driver's licence to a Victorian one. Read more about the program.
 
Eligibility
To be eligible to take part in the program, you must:
  • be a current international student in Victoria
  • hold a valid international driver's licence.

Session 2: safe and responsible driving in Australia
 
This session covers:
  • Safe driving techniques
  • Handling emergencies or difficult road conditions
  • Practical skills: indicators, blind spots, merging
  • Importance of observing speed limits, yielding, and maintaining appropriate distances
 
The program has been funded by the Study Melbourne Inclusion Program (SMIP).
